Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:

Professionals experienced in customer handling, customer support or customer care background.

Would be responsible for resolving customer queries/ concerns over the calls / Chat and emails.

Handle incoming/outgoing requests from the customers to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.

Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.

Should have excellent communication skills and good command over English language (written and verbal).
