Associate Entity Accounting & Compliance Flag Job in Global Cloud Xchange

Role Summary

• General Accounting & Book Keeping
• Finalization of Accounts of the Entity on monthly/periodic basis
• Assisting in preparation of Tax Return of the Entity
• Calculation, Payment and reconciliation of VAT and other taxes and assisting in submission of VAT Return
• Review of COGS/ SGA expenses/Revenue Variance Analysis
• Review of Balance Sheet GL Code balances and coordinate with team for correct periodic balances
• Ability to finalise trial balance for reporting and Audit
• Coordinate and completion of GAAP A/cs Local Audit, take responsibility to work independently with other team, external consultant and Audit team for timely completion
• SAP Vs Local GAAP Entries in to SAP to ensure SAP Balances reflect balances per GAAP A/cs

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accounting Setup appropriate Accounting system catering to requirement of Law, Accounting Standard, IFRS/GAAP A/cs, submit regular Financials viz, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Schedules, Cash Flow etc; exercise financial controls and reconciliation process through internal IT system
• Audit Furnish information and explanation to the Statutory Auditors and ensure completion within stipulated time frame
• Financial Statements Work with internal teams and external consultants, furnish necessary information required to prepare GAAP Accounts for Filing and for Audit team
• Statutory functions Comply with all regulatory requirements applicable; submit Returns to Statutory Authorities like Surveys or statistical returns
• Forex Revals and Columnar Financials Year end and Month end Fx revaluations and furnish columnar financial statements for use by Consol Team, Transfer Pricing etc.
