Job Summary

JOB BRIEF
We re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and cold emails.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market s potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

  • SKILL SET

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

  • SOFT SKILLS

  • Apart from technical skills, you will need to show:
  • A flexible approach when working in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.
  • Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility is a must have as you might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
  • Time management skills and the ability to cope with several people at the same time.
  • Broad mindset, eager to learn, fit for start-up, problem solver & explorer.
  • Effective networking skills to build contacts.
