Job Summary

What you'll do:

  • Manage day to day People Team activities for APAC.
  • Build and foster relationships with the employees across the organization.
  • Become a trusted advisor and front-line People Team point of contact for employees to answer queries about PT related topics such as employee benefits, PTO, policies, etc.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager, People Team, EMEA & APAC to coordinate the implementation of PT initiatives and ensure our systems of record are up to date to ensure reporting consistency and compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure employment contracts, employee data and documentation is aligned and sufficient based on our internal processes and policies and country specific regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the full employment lifecycle of all new and existing employees in the countries assigned.
  • Handle employment-related enquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate escalation.
  • Coordinate and support PT initiatives such as performance reviews, training programs, engagement surveys, career development plans, and local policy creation and maintenance.
  • Support other culture, training and development initiatives as needed.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, ensuring local compliance.
  • Control and communicate employee transactions to payroll (promotions, salary adjustments, terminations, bonuses, commissions, etc.) and issue the documentation for each transaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

What we're looking for:

  • BSc./BA Degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or other related field.
  • 5-7 years of Human Resources experience, HR certification is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations in India (required), additional locations (preferred)
  • Working knowledge in CTC Computation (Cost to Company)
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, personnel processes
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skills: critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal, relationship building, prioritization, ability to produce results with little oversight
  • Behaviors: process oriented, reliable, and prompt follow-up.
