Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out to new opportunities through networking and in-person relationship building.
- Should be profecient in preparing responses for RFP s/ RFQ s, preparation of documents for submission of tenders, technical and financial bid documents.
- Should know to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Should be able to handle high level meetings and enable them with adequate information about the services and products of the company.
- Actively look for and identify the needs of these organizations and recommend suitable custom solutions/ products.
- Understand and follow the sales cycle promptly. Should have knowledge on using a CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Upselling to existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software selling and excellent in Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with ERP solution and Enterprise Software Applications.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Qualification:
- MBA with specialization in Marketing from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business Schools.
