Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out to new opportunities through networking and in-person relationship building.
  • Should be profecient in preparing responses for RFP s/ RFQ s, preparation of documents for submission of tenders, technical and financial bid documents.
  • Should know to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Should be able to handle high level meetings and enable them with adequate information about the services and products of the company.
  • Actively look for and identify the needs of these organizations and recommend suitable custom solutions/ products.
  • Understand and follow the sales cycle promptly. Should have knowledge on using a CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Upselling to existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software selling and excellent in Business Development.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP solution and Enterprise Software Applications.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Qualification:

  • MBA with specialization in Marketing from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business Schools.
