Engineering Manager/ Sr. Engineering Manager
Location: Mumbai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a small group of highly talented engineers to build pla6orm components to power various micro
services.
Responsible for end-to-end architecture of Pla6orm. Leads High- & Low-level design of cri@cal
components.
Mentor other Senior & Lead engineers
Ideal candidate has:
More than 7 years of Hands on experience building end to end cri@cal applica@ons
Good experience of Product/Business and handling teams
Experience with any of the following languages like Java / Nodejs / Python
Exper@se in micro service / Data modelling / AWS / Messaging
Exper@se in building scalable & reliable systems
Good Experience in working with technologies like AWS, Redis,
Experience in messaging systems like SQS/RabbitMq
Good knowledge of caching, Databases, distributed systems.
Strong problem solving and analy@cal skills
Good to Have
Minimum 5 Years of experience in startups
Good startups which has seen scale (Million+ users) Preferable
Flipkart/Swiggy/Dunzo/Zomato/Ola (3+years of experience)
Years of Exp: 7 -14 yrs.
Qualification:
Engineering graduates from Tier I or II ins@tutes.
B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ ME/ M.Tech
