Job Summary
  • Growth Hacker with minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, achieving success and proven results of growing revenue, with a deep passion and excitement for decentralized technologies such as Blockchain, DeFi etc
  • Experience in user testing and researching customer needs
  • Cross functional experience across performance marketing, SEO & sales is a must with additional experience/exposure in product & program management
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and similar platforms of advertisements
  • Knowledge and understanding of blockchain technology for decision-making on partnerships and channels
  • Understanding of our revenue sources and focusing, optimising and packaging content around it
  • Being social and understanding users behaviour, having great customer relations skills
  • Have experience in analytics, A/B, and multivariate testing
  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing or social media marketing
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills,
  • Good time-management skills, Interpersonal and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product or the marketing team to realize a successful experiment at scale and impact business KPIs
  • Strategize, plan and execute campaigns to drive revenue and achieve solid and consistent growth
  • Design and run marketing campaigns & advertisements to acquire customers through digital networks such as Google, Social media channels, Advertisement networks, etc
  • Prioritizing and optimizing growth channels
  • Scaling and Automating the growth processes
  • Relentlessly run traction tests, experiments including A/B tests, and track all tests.
