Job Summary

Design and Development of Motors [Induction, BLDC] for use in Electrical Fans, Mixer Grinders, Air coolers
Set up Evaluation Testing Capability in House as per BEE standard.
Responsible for Defining Motor Configurations as per product application.
Good knowledge of IS and IES product standard specifications
Working to localise components by working with external vendors to reduce cost.
Should have very good knowledge of product development and manufacturing Processes.
Releasing the product design with technical specifications and relevant details.
Review existing product design and make changes as required.
Analysis of customer complaints and take necessary actions in design to reduce the complaints.
Recording, analysing and interpreting product testing data.
Researching for suitable solutions in existing product for cost reduction.
