Job Summary

JOB PURPOSE

To develop & establish Project HSE Management system according to Client and Company HSE Management system and advice in implementation of Management system, ensuring compliances to statutory to complete the Projects Safely & in time.

Develop & establish Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

Preparation & establish Project HSE Plan & other documents based on Company HSE requirement and Conditions of Contract on Safety, Health and Environment and Safety, Health and Environment Manual of DFCCIL. and implement EHSQ Policy, Manual, Procedures and guideline

OHSAS 18001

OHSAS 18001 certification

Assist Management Representative in Audits, trainings and for implementation of OH&S Management system

OHSAS 18001 certificate

Assist to maintain Lost work day case frequency rate

Provide technical support, guidance to the projects and prepare Emergency preparedness & response plans.

Facilitate and conduct HSE awareness Trainings through Internal /External faculties

Facilitate Project to prepare Legal Register and Monitor the Statutory requirements and other requirement

Statutory requirements

MIS management-

Weekly & Monthly preparation & presentation of relevant MIS report to the management. This would involve compiling and analysis of data (for instance Incident frequency rate, training coverage, Inspections, etc.) capturing reasons for deviations & action points

Timely MIS report

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Engineering degree / Diploma with specialization in Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety Management ( AICTE Approved)
Optional NEBOSH and IOSH Managing Safely

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

15 years ( Minimum 8 to 10 years HSE experience in EPC business in handling Highways/Railways)
