Preparation & establish Project HSE Plan & other documents based on Company HSE requirement and Conditions of Contract on Safety, Health and Environment and Safety, Health and Environment Manual of DFCCIL. and implement EHSQ Policy, Manual, Procedures and guideline
OHSAS 18001

Assist Management Representative in Audits, trainings and for implementation of OH&S Management system
OHSAS 18001 certificate
Assist to maintain Lost work day case frequency rate
Provide technical support, guidance to the projects and prepare Emergency preparedness & response plans.

Statutory requirements
MIS management-
Weekly & Monthly preparation & presentation of relevant MIS report to the management. This would involve compiling and analysis of data (for instance Incident frequency rate, training coverage, Inspections, etc.) capturing reasons for deviations & action points

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering degree / Diploma with specialization in Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety Management ( AICTE Approved)Optional NEBOSH and IOSH Managing Safely

15 years ( Minimum 8 to 10 years HSE experience in EPC business in handling Highways/Railways)COMPETENCIES
