Job Summary

Gnani.ai is looking to hire Sr. Speech Engineer with 4+ years of experience, with a keen interest in developing enterprise software at scale. We are looking for an Engineer who can work with us in developing our systems.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work on developing Algorithms in Multilingual Speech Recognition and Synthesis
• Develop and take to production on critical real-world scenarios like Wake-up word detection, Noisy channel ASR performance, Multi speaker detection
• Work in a highly collaborative environment with teams to deliver systems from prototyping to production level

Required Skills

• Master/ Bachelor degree with a focus on CS, Machine Learning, Signal Processing
• Strong knowledge of ML problems and hands-on experience in relevant projects
• Experience in machine learning platforms such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, and solid programming development skills (Python, C/C++, etc.)
• Experience contributing to research communities including publications at conferences and/or journals

Good to have: Startup experience is plus
