Job Summary

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Consumer research (primary & secondary): Understanding people - their needs, their pain points, and what makes them tick 2. Customer Acquisition: Strategize for and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to cross-sell our insurance products to relevant customers 3. Customer Retention: Plan and execute engagement (and retention) campaigns for existing customers across all channels such as: Email, WhatsApp, etc. 4. Collaboration & integration with other teams: both internal (e.g., Telesales, Data Sciences, Legal) and external (e.g., SMS/WhatsApp service providers, Marketing automation tools etc.) 5. Reporting & Data Analysis: Analyse campaigns and customer data to derive insights and optimise campaign performance Desired qualification: 1. Understanding of human behavior/psychology 2. Strong English language skills: Not just a grasp of grammar and spelling, but the ability to craft effective communications keep it clear and crisp 3. Ownership: The ability to take on full ownership of the assigned tasks and see them through, end-to-end 4. Data Analysis & Problem-Solving: Find problems by recognizing patterns/consistencies/ inconsistencies in data and solve them Preferred Skills: 1. A marketing/business degree 2. At least 1 year of experience working closely on B2C marketing 3. (Preferably) Expertise in marketing/retargeting through email, WhatsApp, and app notifications
