What You will Do:
- Design and optimize progression and other game systems based on current best practices
- Work with other designers and developers to come up with efficient systems
- Keep up to date with industry-related data developments and harness that knowledge for the benefit of our games and teams
- Excellent mathematical ability and strong Excel skills to model and balance game systems design
- Passion for mobile games
- Great interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience analyzing game economy with an ability to balance systems leading to an efficient economy
- Exposure on Game Balancing, Game Level Designing, Game Monetization, Economy Design and Feature Designing
