Job Purpose
Support Research & Development activities by conducting bench scale | pilot scale experiments; assist on development work and trouble shoot for plant processes by initiating preventive | corrective actions.

Support Research & Development activities by conducting bench scale | pilot scale experiments; assist on development work and trouble shoot for plant processes by initiating preventive | corrective actions.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform reactions as per defined guidelines
- Collaborate with ADL (Analytical Development Lab) for testing of samples and collect results
- Carry-out bench scale | pilot scale experiments for troubleshooting/ improving product quality & yield of existing or non-confirming products as per guidelines and present technical data with analysis for further actions
- Update records including analytical data, online (Linkwok) | offline
- Maintain records, SOPs (International Organization for Standardization) and documents as per guidelines
Qualification/ Experience and Exposure
- M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) with 2- 7 years of experience
- Well versed with setting-up and carrying-out reactions
- Experience of project scale-up in Pilot | Plant level
- Exposure to literature survey, ISO (International Standards Organization) documentation process and record keeping
