Key Responsibilities Experience in managing a team of Java developers with 5+ years of experience in software development in Java technologies with strong RDBMS concepts
Ability to learn on the fly & execute Job Description - Responsible for the development & support to the Java products/systems.
- He/She will lead a team of technical consultants and plan, monitor and get the delivery done as per schedules and within efforts.
- He/She will also be responsible for the development of the team members and ensure compliance to GITL Quality System.
- He/She will be responsible for ensuring productivity improvements enhancing to new technologies and using suitable tools

Qualification Details Essential Qualification: BE / BTech / MCA with experience of at least 6-10 years of experience in managing a team of Java developers with 5+ years of experience in software development in Java technologies with strong RDBMS concepts Preferred Qualification: - Experience Details Essential Experience: Experience in Core Java, Servlets, JSP, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Springs, Ajax, SOAP & Rest Webservices along with JBoss & Tomcat, MS-SQL server. Preferred Experience: Exposure on Amazon Corretto, Oracle & J2EE Design Patterns Special Skill Essential : 1. Customer Service
