Key Responsibilities - Function as a product expert for application configuration and design, optimizing features, user experience, data integrity and system performance
- Requires both broad and deep industry knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions. Job Description Solution design based on pre-sales study report and as-is requirements document. Efforts estimation experience. Validation of pre-sales solution overview and effort estimates. Identify and recommend product customizations and enhancements to meet client requirements. Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with Functional/Business Consultants and Technical Consultants/Developers to ensure each phase of the implementation for the client is being executed with the solutions provided/recommended to the client in a timely manner. Excellent product knowledge to be used to provide solutions to project teams in handling difficult mapping situations
Qualification Details Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduate or CA/ICWA, MBA preferred Preferred Qualification: Engineering Graduate or CA/ICWA, MBA preferred Experience Details Essential Experience: 8 to 10+ years Work experience. Preferred Experience: 8 to 10+ years Work experience. Special Skill Essential : - Have strong overall knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of the product.
- Knowledge and experience on the latest version of the product is
essential.
- Core product technology skills sets.
- Clear communicator (written and verbal).
- Creative solving of business process problems & conflict resolution.
- Complete command over the product (latest version and one version prior to latest)
- Excellent command over English language
- Think clearly and calmly under pressure
