Game Tester Job in Godspeed Games

Position Summary

GodSpeed Games is looking for experienced and passionate Game Testers who can help in identifying and verifying bugs in our Internal as well as External Games. Person should be experienced across Consoles, PC, Mac and Mobile Games and is excellent with English Communication. Position Responsibilities

• Report issues found in Bug Tracking Database
• Escalate Critical Issues to Leads and follow up on the reported issues
• Create Checklists, Write Test Cases
• Testing of Games and reporting the inconsistencies encountered
• Testing of Games acrossConsoles, PC, Mac and Mobile platforms.
• Communicate actively with the team to understand the features & content needing testing
• Ensure execution of Platform and Device Specific Requirements Guidelines
• Provide the reports to the team in best quality including the High Priority Issues encountered

Essential Skills and Experience

• 1.5 to 3 Years experience as tester for games on Mobiles, Web, PC, Consoles and Mac OS
• Knowledge of Apps Testing on Mobile and Web a plus
• Thorough understanding of Software development cycles and workflows
• Able to identify issues and their priorities
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Docs
• Familiarity with Gaming Industry Trends and keeps himself updated with Latest News and Technology Updates
• Familiar with Bug Tracking Tools lile Jira, Bugzilla, Mantis, Devtrack etc.
• Knowledge of Software Development Tools Xcode, Proxies etc will be plus
• Experience across Apple, Android and Amazon devices.
• Possesses Strong Leadership quality and Problem Solving Skills
• Should be able to Multi-task and prioritize Test Cases accordingly
• Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication
• Able to work in team and or on your own
• Should be open to work in different time zones.
• Passion for games is a must.
