About Target Market:

The scope of GOFRUGAL products and services are expanding and there are huge changes happening in the retail, restaurant and supply chain businesses across the world. There are changes in technology, business practices, government regulations and consumer expectations. There are innovations on payment, e commerce, marketplaces, mobility etc. Small businesses can no longer have their ERP in a silo but expect a highly connected solution where there is integration with every possible service they need to thrive and delight their customers

GOFRUGAL's target market is any Supermarket you visit for grocery purchase, any pharmacy you visit, any garment store you visit for your weekend shopping that is in your street, market, shopping malls etc., The opportunity is very huge and your growth & earning will totally depend on the efforts

Goals & Deliverables:

  • Generate 6-8 quality prospects a day, schedule about 5 demos per day with a pipeline value of Rs.1 lac per day for the field sales managers by doing 50 unique engagements in a day within assigned territory & business verticals
  • Run minimum 1 campaign each day to reach out to existing leads in the assigned area to generate as many prospects from them
  • Meet existing customers in the area you are doing demand generation and get minimum 1 reference per customer per day
  • Generate 2 partner lead per day when you come across hardware vendors, web designers, and other relevant vendors in the market you are working
  • Continuously improving the lead to prospect ratio, the prospect to demo ratio, prospect to decision ratio, the campaign success ratio and the overall revenue potential of the prospects on a month on month basis
  • Making every prospect experience the product and continuously improving the number of apps / applications experienced per prospect on a month on month basis. Daily minimum 8 mobile app installations and 2 trail installation of desktop solutions are expected
  • Follow the systems and processes and utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the CRM for all the leads and prospects engagements

  • You enjoy working independently, self motivated, and can handle rejections and move forward towards plan vs achievement and learn from every poor experience
  • You value your time, love to plan your tasks for the next day, measure your plan vs achievement each day and honestly share your experience, feedback, challenges, learning and emotions for the day in your daily report
  • You analyze your results achieved against the plan and target to identify areas of improvements and seek guidance on them
  • You believe in taking baby steps towards success, enjoy learning by doing and believe in building a strong network both in the market and within the company to take collaborate at the right time for success
  • You understand the current market opportunities and the competitors strengths and weakness to collaborate with others in the team to customize your engagement strategy to maximize the win in the market
  • You strongly believe domain, business and product knowledge and skill contribute to success and enjoy learning small modules in the product each day
  • You love sharing your success and your learning not only with the area/regional team you work with but also with others as appropriate
