Job Summary

Goals & Deliverables:

This position requires self motivation to manage all incoming Business queries and ensure we convert each of those leads to Prospects within a given set of 7 countries. You should have an adequate Prospect pipeline of around 100 Prospects at any given time and schedules atleast 3 to 5 demos everyday so as to help the Sales team in faster business closures . You must identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term pipeline building working closely with Sales team.

  • You love an Agile work culture and embrace change to be an early adaptor and lead by example.

Skill & Expertise we look for:

  • You must grow the assigned region with a minimum 100 Prospect pipeline and ensure Sales team is kept busy with back to back Product demos.
  • A well developed sense on the market trends of the industry in a given region and suggest best ways to develop the market.
  • You should learn the business driving products of the assigned regions and be ready to face any queries from Customers.
  • Good command over speech to convey what business value the company offers to clients over a phone call. Also the same is expected in email writing.
  • You are responsible for On-Line Lead Generation through Cold calling, Social media research through LinkedIn, Facebook, etc on a monthly, weekly & daily basis. You do not feel satisfied without interacting to atleast 50 unique leads/Prospects/partners a day.
  • Qualifying leads to prospects with a minimum of 4 prospects a day and identifying suspects faster.
  • Daily / Weekly and Monthly Reporting with effective next day planning to ensure 100% productivity is must.
