Engineering Manager Location - Mumbai Candidate Qualification - Any relevant Graduations Candidate Specifications ? 4-5 specific experience in seawater pre-treatment, membrane-based seawater desalination, desalination plant or ZLD facility, data-centric design and project delivery methods. Roles and Responsibilities ? Candidate should have a strong background in seawater pretreatment and membrane-based seawater desalination (SWUF, SWRO, SWNF) detail engineering/EPC for industrial or municipal water applications. Must have detail engineering (IFC deliverable preparation) experience for >100,000 m3/d desalination plant or ZLD facility Must have direct project execution, commissioning and/or operations experience on system capacities greater than 100,000m3/day is beneficial. Ideal to have at least one direct multi-disciplinary engineering management experience for capacity >200,000 m3/d Well versed on multiple discipline engineering designs. Ideal candidates will have experience in and be champions for data-centric design and project delivery methods. Fully accountable of engineering design Good planning and monitoring skills Skilled on implement fast track projects, good understanding of schedule crashing techniques Committed to meet performance targets. Able to estimate engineering estimates @ +/-5% accuracy. Flexible to adapt working hours to different time zones.
