Job Summary
  • Invoice processing, bill payments, reconciliations across vendors
  • Payment of taxes TDS, GST etc.
  • Compute salary details for monthly pay outs to employees.
  • Maintain book of records of all data invoice, salary payments, reimbursements, taxation etc.
  • Reconcile trades routed through GoldenPi ERP system and raise invoices to Bond institutions
  • Monthly MIS including preparation of P&L, BS, CFS, trade data bond-house wise, client-wise, % margin earned, fee receivable, etc
  • Coordinating with Investors and providing them with regular financial update and revert on any financial information sought
  • Coordinating with statutory auditors and getting the accounts finalised and audited within stated timelines
  • Cash/ fund flow management including managing asset: liability positions
  • Coordination with statutory authorities such as ROC, Income-tax, Clearing Houses for any financial and statutory information to be provided
  • Implementing process controls to ensure that commission charged to clients is as per standard company defined policies. Any deviations in the margins charged need to be reviewed and documented
  • Work with CXOs to identify and improve the financials of the company.
  • Around 7 years of proven experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Must have be a qualified CA. Additional certifications such as CFA etc. will be considered as added advantage.
  • Experienced in using tax systems such as Tally/ Intuit Quickbooks etc.
  • Can work with multiple vendors and get assignments done with quality and in time.
