Job Summary
  • Work on facilitating recruitment process for job positions in the company
  • Enable campus recruitment drives
  • Set up and manage induction process for new joiners in the company. Manage exit processes for employees who resign from the company.
  • Initiate and oversee appraisal process for all employees by working closely with appraising managers in the company
  • Set up a training calendar for employees. Enable training by internal stakeholders/ external parties as and when needed.
  • Ensure to maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System. Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, etc). Impart training and resolve issues. Provide necessary data to senior management as and when needed.
  • Compute and enable time salary/ bonus disbursements to employees. Maintain records of all such payments in systems for audits
  • Ensure timely coverage of all employees in under schemes such as PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Personal Accident, Term insurance etc.
  • Bring forth ideas to build a fun and rewarding place to work for all. Oversee the execution of such plans.
  • 5 - 7 years of proven experience in Human Resource management function.
  • Experience in handling employee queries, grievances and in setting up policies and manage employee expectations accordingly.
  • Can work with multiple vendors and get assignments done with quality and in time.
