Job Summary

Skills: Good Communication Skills and as given below: The company is currently seeking executives that will assist us in delivering high-quality customer satisfaction by handling issues, follow-up, escalating and resolving issues in a timely fashion. He/she would be the primary point of contact for the escalation of acute support delivery experience concerns. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize high-impact customers and address their concerns primarily while documenting all interactions in the CRM, as per department guidelines. The ideal candidate should coordinate across all departments to attend to the queries of the company s customers and partners. The executive should regularly communicate with assigned customers and partners. He/she should comply with all privacy and data security policies and practices. In addition to the above skill set, the executive should be a quick learner, multi-tasker, and critical thinker, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work well with a team and individually. The executive should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. He/she Should be well-versed in English and Hindi language. Knowledge in Bengali, Tamil, and Kannada language will be an added advantage. Salary will be at par with industry standards.
