Location: Bangalore / DelhiResponsibilities:
  • Copy editing, proofreading and quality checking all the decks and other event collateral for language and issue area sensitization (race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability, caste, etc), grammar and cultural context (US, UK, Asia)
  • Editing the content to increase social impact created through content collateral
  • Being up-to-date with the trends and happenings of the world and proposing content changes and upgrade accordingly
  • Helping writers create more impactful content and writing impactful content
  • Liasoning with content, event design, delivery and planning teams to deliver error-free, razor sharp content collateral
  • Quality checking and improving content in repository, guides, short-video, decks, and other graphic design material
  • Adding creativity and comms knowledge to simplify content
Requirement: 2-3 years of work experience in content editing at a media house mandatory
Academic background in journalism/ communication or English preferred
Strong ability to create content and an excellent command over the English language and style guides; Adherence to deadlines and delivery timings
Good understanding of different content formats and capacity to edit accordingly
