Job Title: Senior Technical Manager, Scrum and Jira

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and experienced Senior Technical Manager with the skills of Scrum and Jira to join our growing organization. This individual will manage our technical team, manage the delivery of projects and help to create an environment for innovation and lean practices.

Requirements:

At least 6-15 years of experience in the IT industry.

Must have strong experience in agile delivery using Scrum and Jira.

Strong technical background in a variety of development and delivery disciplines.

Demonstrated track record of developing strategies and solutions to challenging situations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to remain calm and compose in stressful situations.

Knowledge and understanding of software engineering best practices, processes, and principles.

Any Graduation degree in Software Engineering or related degree.
