Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3-6 years of experience and strong Adobe Photoshop skills to join our team.

Position Description:

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating interactive and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications. This individual will be a part of a product development team, working alongside other designers, developers and product managers. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design with strong ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.

Job Responsibilities:

- Use user experience research and analytics to design solutions that meet and exceed the user needs

- Develop wireframes, user journey maps, user flows, and customer journeys

- Discover and embed opportunities to delight customers within product features

- Design interaction elements, information architecture, user interface elements, visuals and prototypes, and flows

- Develop iconography, illustrations, colour palettes, and typography that reflect brand and design guidelines

- Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering in an agile product development process

- Participate in feature releases, procedural reviews and design reviews

-Contribute to overall designs and creative direction

Qualifications

- Any graduation with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX and Adobe Photoshop

- Mobile and web agencies experience highly desirable

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, In Vision and Invision Studio

- Ability to rapidly produce multiple design concepts and prototypes

- Outstanding problem-solving and creative thinking skills

- An eye for clean interface design and user-friendly solutions

- Strong knowledge of ergonomic principles of UI/UX design in web and mobile applications

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
