Job Summary
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in data science , machine learning, or related field, with a focus on applying machine learning techniques to real-world problems delivering impactful solutions.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with big data technologies and platforms, such as Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases, for handling and processing large-scale datasets.
- Proficiency in using machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and teamwork abilities, with experience in leading projects, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics.
