What we d like to see You ll manage an agile product development process from a product management point of view You ll develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision You ll work on product positioning and go to market strategy and will have a data driven approach towards the product You ll be collaborating with various teams such as UI/UX, coders and QAs for the core product development cycle You ll be communicating and documenting project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members, and Resourcing Manager on a regular basis; escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels You ll be working on wireframes with the design team to come up with UI/ UX that result in a great customer experience You ll closely work with the sales team helping us on-boarding new clients You ll be responsible for the project resourcing and figuring out resources when things get messy You ll be working closely with the project management team to maintain good client relationships and ensure we achieve our milestones timely on time Must have 10 years of experience in project management and minimum 4 years of experience in leading a team. Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills Passion and vast knowledge of the mobile/web and tech industrys Experience with managing agile projects in an agency environment Ability to inspire a shared vision across multiple teams Strong decision making skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Keep abreast of the latest developments in the technology world Nice to have Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines Team player (those great personality types that people love to work with) Great communication skills Impressive leadership skills
