What we d like to see Drive Product strategy to generate new product ideas Research and Business analysis of Product ideas as per feasibility & business impact to conversion of those ideas Create product roadmap and continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion or user engagement Responsible for analyzing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends Collaborate with various teams such as UI/UX, coders and QAs for core product development cycle Responsible for creating wireframes, documenting PRDs & working cross functionally to ensure smooth delivery Responsible for writing user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services Analyze all customer requirements and gaps to manage all improvements in the running products Should have worked on Web, Mobile Web, Android and IOS technologies Should have Data Driven approach towards the product Communicating and documenting project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members, and Resourcing Manager on a regular basis; escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels Gathering requirements by working closely with the business team. Understanding business team's pain points and figuring out the right solutions that solve the issues holistically and intelligently Understanding the industry trends and bench-marking against the best practices and best products in the market Innovation is the key to stay ahead in the market and bringing in product innovation is what we will be keenly looking at The candidate is expected to work on wireframes and to work with the design team to come up with UI/ UX that result in a great customer experience Working closely with the development team and testing team to build and launch products Leading the rollout strategy of the product and continuously measuring the success metrics of the product rollout Must have Independent thinking to understand the problem at hand and recommend product solutions Good understanding of technical architecture and highly scalable solutions Good understanding of product life cycle management Experience in creating product requirement documents and ability to work with tech team to launch the product Strong analytical skills working with data to take product decisions 3-5 years of product management experience Attention to detail with an ability to spot gaps in processes and systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on ease of use while building products especially during product design Proven track record of customer obsession and innovation, preferably in high-growth companies Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills Excellent stakeholder management managing expectations and managing competing priorities Nice to have Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines Team player (those great personality types that people love to work with) Great communication skills Impressive leadership skills
