About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 5-7 years of experience to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute impactful SEO and social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive quality leads, and deliver measurable results. This is an on-site role based in Sector 17 E, Chandigarh, and immediate availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies focusing on SEO, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and stay current with the latest SEO algorithms, trends, and best practices for both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to optimize website content and enhance user experience.
- Manage and grow the company s social media presence by creating engaging content and community-building strategies across multiple platforms.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials using tools like Canva and other graphic design software.
- Develop and present customized SEO and digital marketing proposals aligned with client business goals.
- Maintain excellent client communication, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and providing regular progress updates and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and optimize campaigns for continuous growth.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, with a proven track record of adapting to search engine algorithm changes.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva or other graphic design software.
- Experience managing client relationships, including at least 1-2 years of client communication and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with design and development teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Proven experience preparing and presenting SEO reports and tailored marketing proposals with actionable insights.
