Job Summary
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client financial statements, particularly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to assess financial health and creditworthiness.
  • Collaborate with the frontend team to gather necessary financial data and documentation from clients.
  • Prepare detailed credit appraisal memos that effectively communicate the credit risk assessment, including analysis of financial ratios, industry benchmarks, and qualitative factors.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial feasibility of proposed projects, taking into account various scenarios and sensitivities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market developments related to corporate banking and private equity to provide informed insights and recommendations.
  • Liaise with clients to gather additional information, clarify requirements, and address queries related to financial proposals and credit analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk management, legal, and compliance, to ensure proposals adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Participate in internal discussions and presentations to share insights, findings, and recommendations with colleagues and senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies for financial analysis and proposal preparation.
