Job Summary

Job Summary Performs standard analyses and administration of quarterly and monthly incentive plans. Calculates monthly sales commissions and submits to payroll for processing. Calculates quarterly incentives by business unit and submits to payroll for processing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintains sales commission calculation files in Excel; updates as commission and incentive plans change. Continuously improves commission processes by identifying areas to reduce steps and/or automate. Builds monthly commission statements for sales team. Uniquely identifies any prior period adjustments. Publishes calendar with key dates for those enrolled in these plans. Analyzes sales commission and/or incentive expense variances and ensures sales management is constantly informed of material variances, real or anticipated. Analyzes commission payouts and quota achievements to identify issues and provide explanations to payout trends and accrual variances. Resolves and communicates any issues with sales management. Participates and provides input into plan designs on an annual basis. Vocalizes any areas of concerns when calculating commissions. Develops and regularly produces commission account status reports for individual sales representatives and appropriate aggregated reports for the various levels of sales management. Provides data to Accounting for commission accruals and deferrals. Fields and answers questions/requests from customers with a sense of urgency. Experience Education Graduate and/or postgraduate preferably in finance (not mandatory) field, plus required work experience Minimum Qualifications 3-4 years of hands-on sales compensation experience including analysis and evaluation, as well as experience with sales plan design and calculation concepts and processing Skills & Requirements Skills/Knowledge Requires strong analytical skills including advanced MS Excel abilities; BI experience such as Domo preferred Fundamental problem-solving skills Proficiency with reviewing and interpreting data for accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills with both internal customers and co-workers Work Environment/Physical Demands This position is for US Process and works for overlapped US time zone (EST) This a remote job at present and base location is Bangalore. When asked employee should be able to come to office. Since it is remote working person should have proper internet connection (minimum of 100 mbps) While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the work day This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a key board the majority of their work day This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others work, as well as, in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to internal customers and other associates The work environment is an open room with other associates and noise from others will be part of the regular work day.
