- Screening Resumes and Job Applications
- Telephonic Screening
- Source candidates from various online portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Hirect, Glassdoor, Freshersworld, etc).
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
