Job Summary
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead generation through regular engagement with partners
Make Relations with Agents and take business from them to sell insurance.
Help the Agents in issuing policy.
Develop Various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agent and agent pipeline.
Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company.
Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
Responsible for making agent active every month with policy.
