Executive Assistant Job in Growexx

GrowExx is seeking an Executive Assistant to CEO, who will be closely working with the top management and will be assisting with all activities related to business operations. An initiator, who can take steps towards the betterment of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing dynamic/fluid calendar and meeting schedules.

• Drafting emails, correspondence, and other tasks that effectively lead the company.
• Scheduling/Coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Attending meetings and preparing Minutes of Meetings.
• Making action tracking and closing reports & presentations.
• Travel management / Visa formalities/ Logistics.

• Planning and executing events / coordinating recruitments.
• Expense filing /invoice processing/ vendor management.
• Maintain databases/managing team file-sharing systems.
• Track the CEO s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritizations of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational development.
• Liaise on New projects and expansion plans with extension and other parties.

Key Skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Must have good knowledge of MS Office, Emails, Zoom/Meet and other communication tools.

Education and Experience

• BBA / MBA / PGDHR with experience in IT Industry would be preferred
• Min 3 years of equivalent experience and must have a Graduate/Post Graduate degree.

Analytical and Personal skills

• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, and Time management skill
