Job Summary

Responsible and own full software development lifecycle with requirements, solution design, development, testing, and product support using Scrum and other Agilemethodologies
Collaborate with team and business owners in understanding business goals andrequirements
Build scalable solutions by providing the Technical and Functional direction to theEngineers
Identify critical paths, dependencies,etcand ways to mitigatethose
Project planning to meet timelines and release objectives & communicate to stakeholders
Determine inter-dependencies between design and development for the sprint and work towardstheflawless execution ofprojects
Review code and provide comments and ensurethequality ofcode
Monitor & track deliverables while complying with quality Standards & engineeringpractices
EnsureGrowexx sprocesses, documentation, quality checks,etcis followeddiligently
Recommend strategic code reuse opportunities across thecompany
Mentor other developers within the team, coach them on technologies used within the product and track thedeliverables
Proactively communicate with other members of the team and ADMs
Provide HR and Management with any relevant information to help improve organisation culture &performance
