Job Summary
Creating scalable and conversion-friendly e-commerce web-platforms using headless integration of Magento and ReactJS Building PWAs platforms to provide better user experience Migrating legacy systems to boost conversion and effectiveness preserving their orders, customers, product data, and SEO benefits Understand the business requirement of clients to design & deliver the best possible solutions to the client Responsible for the flawless delivery of the each and every project Provide technical leadership and project guidance to the team executing the project Hands-on working with complicated customization of the latest versions of the Magento Regular review of codes before it goes for UAT and optimize the system for speed and scalability Identify the productization and automation opportunities as per the internal team requirement Stay up to date with the latest Magento technology Proactively plan and develop reusable modules Working hands-on on the projects to deliver the projects along with guiding the team to help them execute the projects Drive the progress of various projects to ensure timely delivery of projects Effectively lead the team to ensure high project billability with a focus on quality delivery Identify and implement the process improvements related to effective coding practices Build a high performing team with right technical talent and outstanding project execution skills Get involved in team building by actively participating in hiring, training, people and career management of team members Get involved in business development as a subject matter expert Enable sales team with the relevant strategies/pitches to drive business development In and out experience in Magento and well versed with best practices followed in Magento development Expert understanding of Magento s default functionality and experience in customizing core functionality following best industry practices Experience of developing inhouse extension and customizing third-party extensions Extensive hands-on experience of PHP and MySQL and Magento Server Architecture Experience in Javascript frameworks such as jQuery, KnockoutJs Must have handled multiple projects simultaneously Experience in Magento optimization using Redis/Memcached cache, solr, elasticsearch (or any NoSQL search) Knows how to consume 3rd party RESTful services Good knowledge of GIT concepts and operations Understanding of performance bottlenecks of Magento and the ability to write optimized code to overcome that It will be a challenging role and you will get complete ownership to solve challenging problems.
