Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product and work directly with the internal team, external clients, and consultants to understand the goal. Work with the internal team to develop the best solution
  • Lead the vision and strategy for marketing platform, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal experience
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to design scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience
  • Work closely with the different teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive towards a common goal
  • Develop external & internal market analysis and fitment
  • Write user stories, document the product requirements, workflows & test criteria
  • Generate new product ideas, enhancements to an existing product by collating requests from both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Define, track, and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings.
  • Improve processes & methodologies to achieve faster and better delivery of project
  • Work on internal projects (product and business intelligence projects) to achieve the goal of the respective team
  • Liaise with external and internal teams to act as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product.
  • Take initiatives to set up processes in the company and be actively involved in hiring and building the future team

Requirement:

  • Strong product management experience, proven experience in building data products to solve critical business problems considering user at the center stage
  • Experience with all stages of the product life cycle, conceptualization to implementation, and exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum)
