Job Summary

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION-BE/B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical

WORK EXPERIENCE- Min of 6-8 years of related work experience, of which a minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing presales role for a Data Center

Industry Certification -CDCP/CDCS or equivalent

DESIRED PROFILE:

1. Proficiency in data center infrastructure and in-depth understanding of the evolution of data center trends. In-depth understanding to support technical.

2. Familiar with data center design and IT industry standards, such as IEEE, ANSI, TIA942, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.

3. Have experience in total design, and coordination plan between each module of the equipment room, such as UPS, cooling, electrical (cabling, physical security) fire suppression, etc.

4. Have knowledge of electrical, LT Panel, Transformer, Chiller, DG, etc.

5. A minimum of 3 years experience in planning, design, system implementation, and development of total solutions on Data Center biding

6. Check and review key milestones and risk points of the project, customer clarification, and negotiation meetings. Need to monitor proposal progress, competitiveness of proposal, contract quality, and responsibility for profitability and deliverability of project.

7. Candidate must have knowledge of AUTOCAD.

8. Excellent presentation skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITY MAIN ASSIGNMENTS

The person is responsible for handling presales and technical activities to support the sales team for data center solutions and will work closely with the sales team of Bangalore.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

2. Responsible for sales expansion in Data Center services, resource coordination, satisfaction of customers, and meeting sales targets.

3. Customer site visits, requirement gathering and designing end-to-end Data Center Solutions, plan & design (space management, architecture layouts, SLDs, BOQ), estimation, implementation methodology & optimization of Solution/Cost/Time/Resource.

4. HVAC (Room, Rack, Row & containment cooling); heat load analysis, planning, solutions, layout, BOM, costing, optimization, implementations enablement & Support for In-row, RDHx, CAC, PAC, Chillers, etc.

5. Electrical load sheet preparation, Equipment selections like UPS, DG, TX, BBT, etc. based on the customer input and product availability.

6. Responsible for electrical Single line diagram, Cable selection, lighting selection, etc.

7. Directly align with sales on requirement understanding with customer and solution designing to stitch the desired solution

8. Create technical documents such as solution presentations, competitor analyses, capability decks, etc. by understanding the pain points of the clients and potential solutions to address them.

9. Responsible for understanding RFP/RFQs/SOW and preparing Prebid queries, attending Prebid meetings to raise the queries and influence the customer towards our solutions.

10. To Work and coordinate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Post sales, regional teams, and Commercial teams for a better understanding of the project and smooth execution.

11. Align with the company s strategy to evaluate new and competitive technologies solutions as per market and organization s need
