Job Summary
  • Lead & own acquisition campaigns via paid marketing channels including Search, Social ads, Display, Mobile, TV, and more.
  • Lead Social Media advertising using performance goals that drive new user adoption.
  • Work closely with product marketing & growth teams to craft retargeting/remarketing campaigns to drive deep funnel growth.
  • Explore new and/or unconventional paid acquisition channels and convert them into critical contributors to paid acquisitions.
  • Explore and manage all paid marketing partnerships (native ads, standalone channels, etc. )
  • Maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics.
  • Leverage analytical, data-backed processes of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimisations.
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
  • Build & maintain weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPI's.
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards and essential reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance
  • Report weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results.
  • Write creative briefs to define campaign objectives and KPIs, optimising campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Work closely with the other teams like design, product and sales to ensure acquisition goals are met and exceeded.
