Job Summary

Experience: 6+ years

We are looking for a talented and wise Martech Solutions - Head to join our team to be a
STAR. He/She will be focusing on delivering the services while we are bringing more
business to the table.


You should apply if you:
Are a CRM geek. You consider yourself as someone who looks at setting up CRMs
for scale technically.
Have primarily worked with B2B enterprise companies in being their single point of
contact for everything HubSpot / Salesforce / other CRMs.
Have owned marketing automation, sales automation, MarkOps / SalesOps in B2B
companies.
Knows how to visualise processes using Miro / Lucidchart, etc.
Have Fundamental understanding of marketing, sales and how B2B companies
approach marketing and sales
Position Description
The go-to-person for driving the techno-functional use-cases/work engagement and
able to strongly articulate solutions to business problems
Work closely with team leads and founders to build upon our existing relationships,
understand client needs at a deeper level, and uncover new opportunities
Streamline, optimise & evolve the service portfolio and build strong partnerships
Engineer solutions using automation, data points for open-ended revenue critical
problem statements
Understand and leverage the working, connecting, and integration of MarTech
platforms
Think ahead of the curve to sustainably deliver scalable solutions vs. bandage fixes
Using marketing and sales tools to foster demand generation
Working in a cross-functional, agile product team environment/analytic delivery team
Facilitating problem-solving hack workshops for the team and help in their holistic
growth


Expectations in Week 1

Learn our business model, about our team members, and our story.
shadowing sales and discovery calls to understand current way of problem
solving
Understand the current client sales, and delivery processes by shadowing
Introduction to the cross-functional team for better functioning

Expectations in Month 1

Complete understanding of the sales client life cycle in terms of sales and
delivery

Kickstart taking discovery calls with customers and identify sales processes
of clients correctly, drafting miro boards / lucid charts for the team.

Expectations till Month 3

Be fully equipped with business operations and work cross-functionally with
the team
Full length discovery calls with the client and problem solving during the calls.
Helping out the existing teams, if required.
Sharpen the gaps, if any, within the domain of hubspot basis our current stage
of operations
Expectations till Month 6

Cultivate relationships with clients and expand portfolio of services with
existing and old accounts
Increased revenue stream per business account and training the team for the
same via use cases
Begin to mentor the team and pass on methods and techniques to be better
at what they do


Expectations in Year 1

Build an exemplary client portfolio with successful delivery, happiness, and
professionalism
Continuous expansion of client portfolio while collaborating with Sales team
Be a pro-active, productive, and consistent contributor to the business
operations
