Lead Facility Professional Job in Grundfos Holding

Are you ready to step into a key position in Grundfos India to work closely with Facility organization to driveresponsible for the performance of a department or a team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce. Also accountable for the installation, repair and upkeep of Company s Property Which includes land, building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, Fire systems, equipment and other structures etc,.. Ensure that they meet occupants health and safety and comply legal & statutory requirements and effective functioning of plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop plans to maintain an efficient, productive ,safe and harmonious work environment.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair services on a variety of facility systems (mechanical, electrical, FPS,STP & WTP and/or building) to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Strong knowledge and best practices on building maintenance, plant maintenance and comply legal &statutory approvals
• Plan and manage multi-disciplinary services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, gardening, waste disposal, pest control, Parking, air conditioning, firefighting, electrical and so on.
• Select, lead, guide, evaluate and develop employees to ensure that the department achieves the business objectives.
• Establish and meet maintenance KPI targets
• Develop maintenance procedures & schedules and ensure implementation
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. Conduct and document facilities regular inspection
• Implement and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance, resolve problems immediately
• Monitor expenses and prepare facility related budget.
• Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives
• Strong ability to lead and /or influence others.

What do you need to apply?

• Qualified candidates will possess aminimum of 6 to 10 years of experience asMEP coordinatormanaging all components of a facility/construction project related to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
• Must be capable of mobility in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to write and perform data input.
• Must be fluent at reading, speaking, and writing English, including technical vocabulary.
