Learning & Academy Manager - India Job in Grundfos Holding

We are currently looking for an efficient, skilled, experienced and motivated Academy Manager who will be responsible for deploying customer training within the framework and direction of the digital training offerings and training curriculum defined by the Performance Units and Functions. Responsible for coordinating employee training activities within the framework of the global learning curriculum driven by HR and coordinate employee learning activities related to compliance in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Grundfos Academy operation management
• Work with Performance Unit Functions, HR and make an annual training calendar for Customer and Employee training.
• Facilitation of technical and application training for customers (including end users, installers, specifying engineers, OEM s, distributors and dealers, representatives) and Grundfos employees.
• Engagement with Universities, Colleges, Technical institutes and cocreate curriculum for technical training in Plumbing, Hydraulics and pump applications
• Establish and maintain the Technical Training department policies and procedures.
• Maintain and develop external vendors e.g. platform operation companies and third party training companies for continues local improvement
• Design learning courses frameworks considering country conditions
• Track educational trends and communication with Global L&D team
• Through PUs Identifying customer needs, coordinating a training program, methodological support
• Analysis of customers feedback, improvement of customers learning processes
• To support the evaluation and development of employees within the framework.
• Along with Global CoE Learning and Development function evaluate the best practice, processes and procedures across business areas, interact with strategic stakeholders across the entire Grundfos
• Work together with HR on Grundfos Academy internal learning center optimization

What do you need to apply?

• 6-7 years of relevant work experience within L&D preferably in a global organisation
• Strong background in and understanding of on-line learning platform management and development
• Experience in creating and running virtual programs making use of latest technologies
• Willing to try innovative training model
• Solid experience executing complex and specialized L&D projects and experiences
• Solid project and change management experience in a multinational environment
• Fluent spoken and written English knowledge
• Ability to think strategically and operationally
• Experience in consulting preferably with industry specific learning programs
• Experienced in working effectively with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
• Team player and have collaborative skills
• Strategic interpretation and analytical skills
• Project management and senior stakeholder management skills
