Lead Software Development Engineer Job in Grundfos Pumps India Private Ltd.

Job Purpose
Develop and enhance the features in the Grundfos applications for controllers, pumps and drives to ensure that we continue having the world best products by developing embedded software in close colaboration with the other developers. Take the lead in the team by driving the solutions and architecture of our application software, using the huge experience you have in guiding the colleagues and lean out towards the other part of the development project and ensure that the software is a well integrated part of our development. We work in an agile environment where flexibility is a natual thing as well as the ability to plan your own day.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of different embedded SW for product applications as a part of Product development team and ensure it is working as expected.
• Business requirement analysis and define SW requirements.
• Drive the architecture of our product software and ensure alignment with the platform
• Define & drive end to end solutions from a system perspective and support System integration in collaboration with Digital Development , IS, A&M.
• Unit test development and test of new software and products to the full value chain
• Quality improvement on existing software, bug fixing and test
• Reach out to colleagues, mentor & guide them so the development process is enhanced as well as the products are becoming more innovative

SW architecture & Governance

• Contribute to enhancements of Grundfos architecture and framework
• Contribute to architecture process & governance
• Identify and implement best practices with respect to architecture
