As a Digital Marketing Manager at Gsource Technologies, your responsibilities will include:
Brand Promotion Through Digital Media: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across various digital channels.
Digital Advertising: Plan, implement, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and other relevant channels.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel. Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead capture forms to maximize conversion rates.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to improve engagement and deliverability.
Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, create compelling content, and engage with followers to foster an active and vibrant online community. Monitor social media trends and promptly respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Content Writing and Copywriting: Produce high-quality written content for various purposes, including website pages, blog articles, social media posts, and ad copies.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key digital marketing metrics, generate performance reports, and use insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass search engine optimization (SEO), social media optimization (SMO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. This involves utilizing platforms like Google AdWords and other online avenues to reach target audiences effectively.
Regularly updating and optimizing the company website to enhance user experience and improve search engine rankings. This includes implementing industry best practices and staying up to date with the latest trends in web design and development.
Collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. This involves understanding the target audience, identifying key messaging, and developing campaigns that generate quality leads and drive conversion rates.
Configuring and leveraging Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to effectively track and manage leads. This includes implementing automation tools, analyzing data, and optimizing lead generation and nurturing processes.

Identifying and integrating suitable software tools to streamline digital marketing management.
Managing and providing leadership to teams specializing in technical SEO, SMO, content writing, and coding.
Creating SMO, SEO, and PPC strategies that include budget allocations, ROI projections, and revenue targets.
