Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide critical analysis and insights to inform and optimize digital properties and strategy.
  • Conduct website optimization and customize experience strategies across the website and other touchpoints.
  • Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix configuration and integration issues.
  • Partner with the analytics teams to measure customized site experiences.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences.
  • Partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy.
  • Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence.

Skills and Experience

  • Seasoned Marketing Analysts with 5+ years of experience developing analytical dashboards, solutions, and strategy across digital marketing platforms and social ecosystems.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Adobe Target and good understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies.
  • 3 years of experience in A/B testing and site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform.
  • Hands-on experience in developing HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Exprtise in web analytics and digital marketing is mandatory.
  • Mandatory certification in Adobe Target.
  • Certification in Adobe Analytics would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good sense of design and natural presentation skills that can weave results into a story for business and creative teams to comprehend easily.
  • A self-starter who can take a project from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive professional who can efficiently manage the rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules.
  • Ability to successfully balance multiple projects and assignments at a time.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient professionals who has worked across different global cultures is desirable.
  • Must have a hands-on get-the-job-done attitude.
  • Expertise in working directly with marketing and technology teams as well as a wide array of business stakeholders.
