Responsibilities

Compliance Analyst: It is Support role function for the Mortgage testing. Basic work to be a mediator to the testers and client regarding the regulations and client requirement. This role needs Pro-activeness and open mind to understand the concerns of testers and client. Some of the key functions are:

  • Analyzing the US Regulation related to mortgage.
  • Creating Test Procedures as per the regulation requirement.
  • Creating test procedure as per client need.
  • Assisting team regarding the compliance of US regulation related to mortgage.
  • Helping client to understand the key areas for testing.
  • Assisting testers with regulations, as per the requirement of project.
  • Working in flexible shift as per the project need.
  • Keeping up with amendment to the regulation in any concerned area.
  • Interacting with clients and understanding their needs for the particular project.
  • Abstraction of relevant regulation as per the client need.

    Qualification : LLB/ LLM
