Qualification: Bachelor s or Master s in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or related discipline
Time: Full Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Draft Job Descriptions
- Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri,Monster, Indeed, Shine,Facebook, LinkedIn, and other free Job portals
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Interact with Dept. Managers to identify future hiring needs
- New hires onboard process.
Skills Required:
- Proven work experience as an HR End to End Recruiter
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
