Job Summary

Responsibility:
Understand clients and internal stakeholder s expectations from training perspective and document the same on regular basis.
Connect with clients and internal stakeholder s to make sure training plans are in place
Continuously monitor and report out training progress; make sure all information and data is accurate and up to date and shared on regular basis.
Share regular updates on the different training outcomes project wise, metrics, dashboards, etc. This should be done in real time daily, weekly for each and every training batch/projects.
Identify and raise any issues and risks that impact training hiring issues, quality of training, knowledge issues, delays, through puts etc.
Work with the delivery leads/client leads to make sure that all the trainings and related activities are well organized, planned and executed in the timely manner.
Share best practices, share creative and innovative learning and training approaches for self and team..
Conduct weekly connect with all the trainers, take feedbacks, identify areas of concerns if any.
Make sure all training related data/records are clean and audit requirements fulfilled.
Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.

Qualification:
0-4 Years of experience is preferred
