Sap Pp Qm Functional Consultant Job in Haldia Petrochemicals Limited

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong domain business process knowledge in Production planning (Process industry), Plant Maintenance, and Quality management module.
• Exposure to CO Module for Product Cost Controlling, Over Costing and Project Systems (PS) would be preferable.
• Facilitate the S4 HANA implementation and support of SAP PP, PM, QM, and PP-CO.
• Knowledge in PP Master Data like BOM, Resource, Recipe, Production version.
• Knowledge in PM Master Data like Equipment, Functional location, task list, maintenance plan, etc.
• Knowledge in QM Master Data like MIC, Inspection plan, Inspection method, Inspection point.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identity, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business users' needs. Design, customize, configure, and testing of PP, PM, and QM. Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
  ***Knowledge of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) will be an added advantage with integration for SAP QM Module

Desired Candidate Profile

BE / B.Tech/ MBA with 8+ years of experience. With a minimum of 5 years of SAP PP & QM experience with the manufacturing company.
