Job Summary
Job Summary: Halliburton is looking for an Entry-Level Equipment Technician to join their Production Enhancement team. This role involves performing rig up and rig down of equipment at the well site, ensuring the safe operation of service equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed. The technician will be responsible for ensuring equipment is properly prepared, calculating job requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement and safety processes. Key Responsibilities: Rig Up and Rig Down: Perform equipment rig up and rig down on location, preparing equipment to perform services as per customer specifications. Ensure the safe operation of service equipment including DME, high-pressure pumps, and blenders during service delivery. Job Coordination and Data Handling: Perform necessary calculations at the well site. Collect and distribute data as needed during jobs. Coordinate the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Safety and Quality: Promote and contribute to safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Take an active role in quality and continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery. Competency and Skill Development: Utilize competency processes to enhance skill development and job performance. Be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards. Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent is required. 6 months of experience in a similar role or industry, with required competencies achieved at current and next levels. Skills and Competencies: Ability to perform physical tasks associated with rigging up and rigging down equipment. Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
